Mission:    To assess, collect, organize, preserve, maintain control over, and provide access to information determined to have long-term value. The information can be in any form:  letters, documents, photographs, previous publications, electronic records and video or sound recordings.

Internet:
Matt and Mandy Keener, Chairperson
Mission:    Sharing the broad fabric of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in the most up-to-date electronic way possible with its parishioners and surrounding area.         www.catholicdaylight.org
Activities:    Update the website database with new information and/or changes.  Provide assistance and guidance to persons and organizations who wish to display information on the website. Provide oversight on all material that is on the website at any given time and take corrective action if warranted.

Special Publications:   
Rose Zigenfus, Chairperson
Mission:    To provide valuable information to all St. John parishioners.  In doing so, this committee will produce various publications of general interest and distribute in a variety of forms, anything from pamphlets to promotional projects.

The Eagle Newsletter:   
Julie Mallory, Chairperson
Mission:    The Committee is responsible for the St. John the Evangelist quarterly newsletter, The Eagle.
Activities:    The Eagle is distributed by mail.   It contains news and photographs of parish interest. The Eagle also provides interesting and informative articles about the Catholic faith, usually written by volunteer reporters from the parish.
